Great if you’re looking for a relaxing break and just want to chill out with a book in the sun...

Would be ideal for families... When we have our little one and need some time out I would defiantly think of re-visiting. The villa comes with everything you’ll need and anything you want additionally can purchased at the local mini mart which is a 3 minute walk away from the villa.

Tranquil setting, clean villa, spacious and has a great swimming pool!

"We had a lovely relaxing holiday in spacious accommodation and large swimming pool. It will sleep six comfortably and everything has been thought of. I particularly liked the dining area and large lounge and the table and six chairs on the large patio outside where we could BBQ, and watch the sunset. We have just come back from a brilliant week at your villa and felt it was the perfect location for a relaxing holiday! Thank you with all your help organising the taxi to/from the airport and the car hire for the week too. All very reliable and good value. The villa itself was so spacious and well equipped (even had dishwasher and washing machine), I think you had thought of everything - even egg cups! The kids loved the wide selection of DVD's and games for the evening (Monopoly was a favourite).

The weather in April was amazing! Hot and sunny most days and we loved sinking into your huge bean-bags by the pool. We all went in the pool as it was so inviting (and not too cold this time of year!) and I loved being able to sit on the patio reading my book, watching the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other behind. I came away feeling refreshed and in love with the place - definitely would love to come back!

GOLF TESTIMONIAL

Korineum Golf and Country Club is situated only 1km from the villa, perfect for me to escape fora couple of rounds during my stay! The course is very mature considering it is only 2 years old and is well maintained. There are no boring holes with each one offering a different challenge. The 14th, Vertigo, is my favourite as the tee is elevated with great views of the mountains and coast. The 13th, Besparmark, is also spectacular but, for me, probably too challenging for the club golfer as it is very long and narrow. Leaving the fairway is punitive with rocks and dense bushes to smother the ball! Best advice is stay on the short stuff! There is also a great driving range with a good chipping area. Overall, a great course which I am keen to visit again.

The villa was beautiful and the pool even better - my son Adam was delighted and all those hours spent on internet made it worthwhile.

We ate in the bistro twice, first time better than second and the price went up slightly on second visit. We used the shop and shopped at Starling (which is quite new) and Tempo. We packed a lot in: public beaches, private beaches, water sports, riding, Bellapais Abbey, boat trip out of harbour, tried to get to Karpas Peninsula using coastal road and other tracks - did not get there but was quite an adventure! Turtle project - saw the baby turtles helped out to sea - about 20 of them. Few restaurants - St Kathleens, Harbour restaurant etc. Good lunch at Escape Beach and kids loved Accapulco, we went to Vogue Beach club for watersports (which were good) but the place has been neglected (financial) which is a shame as it could be great. Try dive scuba dive with Blue Dolphin (based at Jasmine Court Hotel) for my son and husband - the English instructor was very good especially with my son. A day on Lara and another on Kaplica beaches. Market on the Wednesday, good for fresh produce. Tried the driving range at Golf Club - very nice location. Very hot, someone told us it reached 45 degrees one day!

August 2009 - The Larter Family

The villa is set in a wonderful location and has the most amazing views of both the sea and the mountains.

The outside has a lovely large pool and plenty of other space that we used to play games and run around with our small children. The villa was really well equipped and had plenty of space for entertaining small children during the midday sunshine hours. It has a really good layout for families and small children as we used the two bedrooms downstairs with their own bathroom. Whereas the Grandparents stayed upstairs with a beautiful en-suite away from our early morning risers!

The complex was really easy to find as we drove over from Southern Cyprus and found the amenities within the complex fantastic. Our daughter enjoyed playing the mini golf and spent lots of time on the park which was really clean and safe. The Bistro on the complex served delicious food cooked on the BBQ and also had some bean bags on the grassed area so you can really relax after dinner. The nearby golf course is set in a beautiful location and the prices for a round or just an afternoon on the driving range were quite reasonable. The food there is fantastic and also reasonably priced.

We had a lovely holiday and are really looking forward to returning in the future.

We have had a fabulous time in in the Turtle Bay Esentepe Park...fantastic villa with enough cooling down by aircon and private pool, beaches closeby and even real baby turtles as we have seen, good food and a well equiped villa park including Gym and a local bistro with friendly staff.

Very, very relaxing holiday had by all-villa extremely comfortable, spacious & stylish with lovely ambience-all modcons inc standalone watercooler-pool was in constant use by the kids & safe with built-in steps-shop on site but do need a car to explore the area-Thanks Erika for arranging the transfers from the airport & arranging the car hire-we definitely recommend your villa & would love to go again!

Dear Erika and Darren,

What a week and what a villa! The place is so well positioned with the

large living room with huge glass doors leading to the pool

overlooking the ravine. My favourite view though, is from a lilo in

the pool, taking in views of the sea one minute, the mountains the

next, fantastic!

I also found time to play at the nearby Korineum golf course and I

would say it compares with the best in Spain and Portugal (the greens

were too good for me!). Thanks again, we'll be back!

Hi Erika and Darren,

Thank you for an excellent week at your villa, it is beautiful and had everything we could wish for, we had to want for nothing.

Your guide to where to visit and the places to eat was brilliant, I fell in love with the chicken bhoona at the Indian restaurant (world class) - we had 3 visits! Once again thanks for arranging the car hire, it was trouble free and a real stress saver for us.

We spent a lot of time bird watching which is something we love, we spotted many old favourites and some that were new to us. Sitting by the pool we observed more than twenty species, we would recommend the villa as an ideal base for bird watching and walking.

To summarise, the villa, the location, the food and friendly and helpful locals made for an excellent holiday!

"I wanted to write and thank you for the use of your fabulous villa during our recent golf break to TRNC. We found your accommodation beautiful and excellent value for money and finished to a standard we hadn’t really expected! The golf was fantastic too. I have been privileged enough to play on many, many courses both in the UK and further afield and I can safely say that Korineum has become one of my all-time favourites! It is a beautiful course with some very scenic and very challenging holes for any standard of golfer. We had 18 golfers in our group and everyone agreed it was one of the best golfing experiences that had ever had. What made it even better was the quality of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff too. Turtle Bay Village has some really good facilities too, although we didn’t have time to try them all and we look forward to returning next year to put this right. Once again, many thanks!"

"Thank you for letting us stay at your beautifully appointed villa. We really enjoyed it and are planning a return next year. There is so much more to explore. We thought Kyrenia Harbour was great, as well as the Gothic ruins of Bellapais Abbey. Next time we are hoping to go for some guided walks in the 'five finger mountains'.

We loved the swimming pool at your villa, and the roof terrace. It was ideal for a bar-be-que. The place is so spacious, and with the individual air conditioning in every room it could not be better. The villas are quite seperate from the main block and nice and quiet, so we had a good rest on the days when we chose not to go out. A bonus is the left-hand traffic on the island, so we did not have to get used to driving on the right."
